Viewing and Printing Our Calendars |
We have two calendars. The printer-friendly Calendar ("Refrigerator Calendar") is a document that you can download and print. It only covers one month at a time, but is formatted for easy readability.
The Dynamic Calendar from Google is not limited to a single month. It shows events for current and future months, and even into the past. You can click on events and see more details. This calendar is updated as events are added or changed, so it is your most up-to-date source of information.
We recommend the "Agenda" view, which shows one line per event and shows you all of the text. Some events have extra descriptive material, and even maps. Click on the event name to see these details.
In the Agenda view, you can also use the "Print" button to display a printable "Agenda"-formatted document for any range of dates. You will be offered some printing options, and we recommend the "Display descriptions" option if you want to print full details.
The Month and Week views are designed for online viewing, not for printing. They shorten some of the event names, but you can still click on an event to see full text.
